Let’s be honest: some brunches are for quiet catch-ups and dainty bites.
This is not that brunch.
On Saturday, November 8th, we’re cranking up the joy and letting the mimosas flow with the Sing-Along Brunch — a morning of music, laughter, and total unfiltered fun at 701 Eateries inspired by the viral Bucci Brunch.
SING LOUD. LAUGH HARD. CLINK GLASSES.
Leading the charge is Eden Parker, an outrageously talented piano player who has spent years performing sing-along shows on cruise ships all over the world. Think dueling piano energy meets brunch chaos — he knows every song you forgot you knew.
From “Piano Man” to “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Sweet Caroline” to “Shallow,” Eden will have you singing, clapping, and maybe even dancing in your seat before you’ve finished your first mimosa.
Speaking of which — your $15 ticket gets you in the door and includes your first mimosa (because this much enthusiasm needs bubbles).
Whether you can carry a tune or just carry the enthusiasm, you belong here. The only rule? Don’t sit quietly.
BRUNCH LIKE YOU MEAN IT
Before (or during) your sing-along session, fuel up with some of our fall brunch favorites from the Prairie Kitchen menu.
- Farmer’s Breakfast: A Midwest classic — farm eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and toast. Hearty enough to keep you singing through every encore.
- Biscuits & Gravy: Flaky, buttery biscuits smothered in rich sausage gravy — it’s like a warm hug in breakfast form.
- Lemon Ricotta Pancakes: Light, fluffy, and just a little bougie — topped with a dusting of powdered sugar and maple syrup drizzle.
- Breakfast Sandwich: Piled high with eggs, cheese, and your choice of meat on a toasted bun. The kind of sandwich that makes you rethink lunch forever.
Pair your plate with a classic Bloody Mary, a mimosa flight, or one of our brunchy cocktails. The air might be crisp outside, but inside it’s all sunshine, laughter, and the sound of 40 people trying to hit the same note at once.
THE PERFECT FALL MORNING
It’s the kind of morning you’ll remember — golden light streaming through the windows, a fork in one hand as your microphone, a mimosa in the other, and a piano player belting out your favorite song while the whole room joins in.
This is what happens when brunch stops taking itself too seriously.
When the music gets a little loud, the drinks keep coming, and joy takes center stage.
