Inspired by a lemon meringue tart, with bright lemon notes, vanilla and graham cracker accents and a light body. We brewed a sour ale with graham cracker and marshmallow, sweetened with lactose and conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans! It’s sweet and a little tart, with hints of vanilla and baked pastry.
