Spring has arrived in the Midwest, and with it comes the joy of gathering with loved ones for a memorable Easter celebration. At 701 Eateries, we’re rolling out a special Easter Brunch Buffet filled with fresh, housemade delights and comforting favorites. Join us on Easter Sunday for a feast that welcomes the season in the most delicious way!

Easter Brunch Buffet
$45 per person | $15 for children 12 and under

Our buffet offers a perfect balance of sweet and savory, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Begin with our housemade pastries, including Morning Buns (your choice of cinnamon or pecan), Lemon Poppyseed Coffeecake, and Herb and Cheese Scones. We’re also serving a traditional Midwest favorite—Fattigman/Kleinur or Cake Donuts.

Move on to our fresh buffet selections, featuring a Spring Greens Salad with shaved radish, cucumber, and snap peas, served with your choice of Green Goddess, Ranch, or Vinaigrette dressing. Enjoy our Asparagus, Mushroom, Spinach, and Ramp Egg Bake, or indulge in a Ham and Egg Biscuit Sandwich with hollandaise sauce on the side. For those who love a touch of sweetness, our Lemon Ricotta Pancakes come topped with fresh berries, rhubarb vanilla syrup, and whipped crème fraîche.

Of course, no brunch is complete without the classics—fluffy scrambled eggs, smashed herby potatoes, crispy bacon, and savory breakfast sausage.

Save Room for Dessert!
We’re serving a delightful assortment of smaller, sweet treats, including:

  • Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Mousse
  • Berry Galette with Whipped Cream
  • Pavlova Eggs with Lemon Curd
  • Chocolate Orbit Cake with Custard Sauce

Whether you’re gathering with family, friends, or simply looking for a way to make Easter extra special, 701 Eateries is the place to be. Reservations are encouraged—book your table today and celebrate the season with us!
