We value the health and wellbeing of our staff just like any good company does. Only 31% of restaurants offer health insurance for their staff.  We think this needs to change.

We have chosen to use a 4% surcharge to offer benefits to our staff including health insurance and counseling services. Instead of just adding those costs to the cost of the food (like most other industries),  we have itemized it out so that it
1. you don't pay tip and taxes on it and 2. it is very clear where it is going.
On an average meal it equals to about $1.
